About Me
I'm a passionate musician, videographer, and storyteller with a background rooted in education and business operations. I have my bachelors in music education and spent time as the music director for a church in my hometown of Sparks, Nevada before moving to the Pacific North West a decade ago. I cut my business teeth in the world of Bay Area startups, where I learned how to move quickly, adapt often, and how to build business processes from the ground up.
Today, I serve as the Senior Director of Customer Excellence for the North America Vehicle Payments business at Corpay, an S&P 500 financial technology company. I’m a multi-media producer and ATD-certified Instructional Designer leading a talented team of designers, trainers, subject matter experts and web & knowledge specialists focused on Operations Enablement for approximately 300 call center agents and account managers. The L&D space has been a great fit for me because it allows me the unique opportunity to blend my artistry and business acumen.
Beyond my 9-5, I keep my passion for video and photo alive by working with smaller businesses to capture web and social content. You'll find a mixture of both the work I've created for various corporate roles I've held as well as my contract work on this site.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep commitment to helping people succeed, and I'm good for a few laughs during the process.
