Corpay | Product 101
Corpay is a fortune 500 financial technology company with brands in their portfolio that span 50 years. The knowledge needed by service teams to support customers using Corpay's fuel card products is complex, vast, & highly specialized. The video and digital assets below were produced as part of my role at Corpay and are featured in a four-part series I developed in collaboration with SMEs. The series uses the scaffolding technique to help new hires build the foundational understanding they need, covering how Corpay is structured, why customers choose to do business with us, the value of our fuel card products, and how those cards interact with Corpay’s fueling networks at a high level.​​​​​​​

This mobile-friendly, microlearning is part of a training series designed to guide new users through key app features of one of Corpay's apps. Working with Corpay's product team, I defined the process flow, captured and edited on-screen visuals, produced the video, and used AI-generated voiceover to deliver clear narration. This material is available directly in the Powered by Amazon app.

Zingtree | Zingtree Basics: Before You Build
This video is the first in a foundational training series designed to help new Zingtree customers get up and running with the platform. The onboarding team was small and limited in the number of customers they could support so the goal was to create a concise, approachable onboarding experience that gave users the confidence to start building and using Zingtree right away without the need for in person support. This was developed during my time at Zingtree and then finished on contract after I left my role as their education specialist.

Corpay | Technical Writing
Writing manuals, standard operating procedures and job aids might not be the most glamorous part of instructional design, but they are a crucial part of a well functioning team. I have years of experience drafting them for a wide array of needs in several different industries. This particular SOP and job aid are ones that I developed to formalize our Train the Trainer program at Corpay and to help Service teams navigate a technical issue until a more permanent solution could be implemented.
